Discens is an AI-powered learning coach. You can contact us at hello@discens.app.
What data we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. You provide this voluntarily through the form on our website.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to notify you when Discens launches and to send launch-related announcements. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to Discens or for any other purpose.
How we store it
Your data is stored in a database (Vercel Postgres, powered by Neon) hosted in a secure region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Only the Discens team has access.
Who has access
Only the Discens founding team. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. We use Resend to send emails; they process your email address only to deliver our messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after our last communication to you, whichever comes first. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send, or by emailing us at hello@discens.app. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion; we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cookies
Our landing page does not use cookies for tracking. We may use essential cookies or similar technologies only where required for the site to function (e.g. Vercel analytics, if enabled). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
